Damian Fonseca, Outreach Coordinator

Damian Fonseca joined the HOPE Center of Orange County in August 2023. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Northridge, and has spent the past five years working in the public and nonprofit sectors addressing homelessness in Los Angeles County and Orange County.

He joins the HOPE Center from the Office of Care Coordination (County of Orange) where he supported the implementation of the Orange County Care Plus Program, the System of Care Data Integration System (SOCDIS), the Commission to End Homelessness, and other special projects.

Damian is ecstatic to be part of the HOPE Center, where he will support the North Orange County Public Safety Collaborative coordinate efforts in addressing homelessness in the North Service Planning Area.
